The Managing Director's Office of Emergency Management in conjunction with the Philadlephia Fire Department conducted a tabletop exercise with Mayor Michael Nutter and his Executive Team. The exercise tested Philadelphia's Center City Evacuation Plan. This event was the conclusion of a series of three tabletop exercises focused on identifying areas of improvement in the citywide evacuation plan which was released in April 2008.
