Philadelphia's Office of Emergency Management mascot - Wally Wise Guy, the Shelter-in-Place Turtle, welcomed fans to the Dodgers v. Phillies game on May 13, 2009.
During the game, Wally posed for pictures and provided people with information on ReadyNotifyPA, the emergency alert system which sends text or email messages directly to those who sign up in the event of an emergency.
