The Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management and the Philadelphia Water Department Held a Weather Symposium focusing on Climate Change at the Fairmount Waterworks Interpretive Center.
On Monday, March 8, the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management gathered representatives from the Philadelphia Water Department, Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, Delaware River Basin Commission, Greenworks Philadelphia, the National Weather Service and local weather forecasters to discuss the possible effects of climate change on the Philadelphia area.
The program included:
